I chose The New Suit as the winner because. I can relate to having to wear nice clothes and your parents will get mad at you for getting it dirty. This poem had writer's craft. It is imagery this is the imagery I could see the ice cream and new suit in my brain. It also had Onomatopoeia the poem said chocolate bombs might EXPLODE.
The New Suit is about how a kid is going to his own birthday party and can’t even decide what to wear! Since he is wearing a suit he can’t eat ice cream the fun way!
