The second poem, The Falling Star, is about a star that streaks across the sky and nothing can compare to it. I chose Roger The Dog as the winner because I have a connection with my dog. I also like the comedic feeling to the poem also. Its funny how Roger seems like a working dog name when this dog is really fat.

The winner for me was... Roger the dog. I liked how they used similes and metaphors. Also I can connect to this story because my brother does the same things. There were also a lot of good rhymes in the story. That's why I liked Roger the dog.
